Prince (Hon) Olabisi Adesina was born on 13th February, 1962 into the Agbonmagbe Family of Iperu Remo in Ikenne Local Government Area, Ogun State.
He had his primary education at Sanni Luba Memorial Primary School, Ijebu Ode, Ogun State and later proceeded to Lagos at Igbobi College for his secondary education which he completed at Saka Tinubu Memorial High School, Agege, Lagos in 1983.
Prince Bisi, is fondly called “SIBE SIBE” which was the alias of his father and later became that of the family name. His father was a very prosperous trade, a transport magnate and a great philanthropist of his generation. This attribute of the father had a great effect on Prince Olabisi Adesina who after his secondary education, considered to be a businessman in the footstep of his father.
At a very young age, Prince Olabisi Adesina, in 1985 had become a distributor and dealer in general merchandise, based in Iperu but traversing all the neighboring towns including Ibadan and Lagos.
In furtherance of his business, he established ALTAM VENTURES, which also focuses on construction, cleaning/fumigation services including other allied services. Altam Ventures has enjoyed good patronage in the banking industries, servicing most of the big banks in Nigeria, amongst which are Union Bank Nigeria Plc, FCMB Plc, Central Bank of Nigeria, Sterling Bank Plc, UBA Plc.
Prince Olabisi is also a very pragmatic Politician who believes in political service as a means of helping his community. As regards this, he has served in several capacities in his local government and Ogun State at large. The peak of his political appointment was when the Executive Governor of Ogun State appointed him as a member of the Board of Directors of Lagos Airport Hotel Limited, Ikeja which later translated him into becoming the Chairman of the Board in October, 2022.
Prince Olabisi Adesina is a Socialite who belongs to several social clubs of which are Association of Friends, Maryland, Lagos, Akesan Royal Executives, Iperu Remo, Remo Club 1933 etc. Being a true believer in his home community, Iperu Remo, Prince has continuously used his resources to support the town and the people.
As the Chairman of the Board of Lagos Airport Hotel Limited, Prince (Hon) Olabisi Adesina is committed towards working with other Directors to seeing to the continuous repositioning of the hotel as a hub of hospitality.

Princess Olufunnke Olugboji is the immediate past Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lagos Airport Hotel Limited. She graduated from the University of Ife, Ile-Ife in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education and French (combined honours). She also has a Master’s degree in Library, Archival and Information Studies, a Master’s degree in Teachers’ Education with specialization in Early Childhood Education and a Master of Philosophy degree in Education. She is currently following a research programme at the University of East Anglia, Norwich, United Kingdom towards a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Education. She has nine publications to her credit.
Princess Olufunnke Olugboji had worked in the Federal Civil Service and the banking sector before she established her Educational Training and Consultancy Firm – Leaders Consult in 2003. She has trained people in the public and private sectors in diverse fields. She later joined the academia, teaching students the French language and core education courses as part of their training to become professional teachers.
Princess Olufunnke Olugboji belongs to several national and international professional associations. She is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), Fellow of the Women in Management and Leadership Association and a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration. She is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria; Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria; Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria; the National Association for the Education of Young Children, USA; Early Childhood Association of Nigeria; Organisation Mondiale pour l’Education Pre-Scolaire; and a Certified Master Mentor and Relationship Coach of The Institute for Marriage and Family Affairs, USA.
Princess Olufunnke Olugboji is a grandmother. She is a Licensed Lay Reader of the Anglican Communion in Nigeria and a Licensed Lay Minister of the Church of England in the United Kingdom. She is a 2023 La Plage Meta Verse African Digital Training Ambassador.

Prince Oyeleye Peter Fasua was born on 20th May, 1961 in Akure Local Government Area of Ondo State.
He obtained both Bachelors and Master’s degrees in Political Science from Joseph Ayo Babalola University (JABU), Ikeji – Arakeji in Osun State.
Prince Fasua is a robust hardworking, resourceful and an ambitious economic transformer with extensive understanding of global economic theory of Nigeria, America and other continents having an active commitment to continuous improving economic quality standard. He possesses the ability to communicate complex and sensitive information in an understandable form, a successful industrialist, experience in undertaking difficult task, analytical work and research project, excellent in work with team spirit.
He is the first black to be licensed as a Private Investigator in the state of Michigan in 1996, a founder and Proprietor of College of Education, Ero-Akure in 2006, the first premier private College of Education in Ondo State. He received the “Good Living Example of African in America” award from the President of Borough of Brooklyn Community in New York in 1996.
Prince Fasua is the Publisher, Literary Appreciation in West African Literature, Nigeria, Unseen Prose & Poetry – by Wole Soyinka & J.P. Clark, 1985 – 1993.

Mrs. Ajayi has over 30 years hands-on professional experience in core Legal Practice, Corporate Commercial Transactions, Corporate Secretarial Practice, Corporate Administration and Public Service having worked in reputable legal firms, and at the Polytechnic Ibadan. She is currently the Company Secretary/ Group Head, Legal of Odu’a Investment Company Limited.
Mrs. Ajayi is a graduate of University of Ibadan where she obtained both Bachelors and Master’s degree in Law and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1989. She is also a Chartered Secretary and Administrator (ACIS).
Mrs. Ajayi has over 13 years cognate experience as a Company Secretary. She is resourceful, dynamic and result oriented. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration of Nigeria.

Her professional experience cuts across various sectors in capacities that encompass Finance and Management having worked as Assistant Company Accountant at Askar Paints Nig Ltd, Business Development Manager at Odu’a Investment Company Ltd (Group Headquarters), Company Accountant and Acting General Manager of Odu’a Printing and Publishing Company Ltd.
Prior to her present role as Acting General Manager, she was the Head of Finance of the Lagos Airport Hotel Limited.
Folashade qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2007, she obtained her Master’s in Business Administration – MBA (Finance) from the University of Ibadan in the year 2012, and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)
She is a thoroughbred Professional and has participated in various leadership and administrative trainings, Seminars, ICAN Conferences and World Conference of Accountants (WCOA).
